3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their property, plumbing system, water source, and any known water quality concerns.

Before installation, customers must provide reasonable access to the areas necessary to perform the work.

Customers are responsible for informing Pure Water Co of known plumbing issues, leaks, structural concerns, or other conditions that could affect installation.

Pure Water Co is not responsible for pre-existing plumbing, electrical, structural, water-quality, or property conditions that were not caused by our work.

4. Installation

Installation services will be performed according to the agreed scope of work and applicable requirements.

Installation may require modifications to existing plumbing or other components of the home's water system.

Pure Water Co is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improperly installed or modified plumbing, concealed defects, deterioration, or conditions outside our reasonable control.

If additional work is necessary due to unforeseen conditions, we will communicate the issue and any additional cost before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.

5. Water Quality

Water treatment systems are designed to address specific water-quality conditions. Results may vary depending on the customer's water source, existing plumbing, system configuration, maintenance, and other factors.

Pure Water Co does not guarantee that a water treatment system will eliminate every contaminant or resolve every water-quality concern unless specifically stated in writing.

Customers with private wells or unusual water-quality conditions may require additional testing or treatment beyond the products offered by Pure Water Co.

Information provided by Pure Water Co regarding water quality is for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional laboratory testing or medical advice.

6. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing displayed on our website are accurate.

However, product availability, specifications, colors, dimensions, and other details may change without notice.

Manufacturers may modify products or specifications from time to time. When applicable, manufacturer specifications and warranties will govern the applicable product.

7. Pricing and Payment

Additional work requested by the customer or required due to unforeseen installation conditions may result in additional charges.

Customers may contact Pure Water Co to request cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment.

Cancellation, deposit, refund, or restocking policies may vary depending on the product or service purchased and will be communicated to the customer when applicable.

Custom-ordered, specially configured, or already-installed equipment may be subject to additional restrictions or charges.

9. Warranties

Products and equipment may be covered by manufacturer warranties. Where applicable, Pure Water Co will provide customers with information regarding the applicable manufacturer warranty.

Any additional workmanship or installation warranty provided by Pure Water Co will be described in the customer's agreement, invoice, or other written documentation.

Except where prohibited by law, Pure Water Co does not provide warranties beyond those expressly stated in writing.

10. Maintenance

Water treatment systems require appropriate maintenance to operate properly.

Customers are responsible for following applicable manufacturer maintenance instructions, including replacement of filters, replenishment of salt or other treatment materials, system cleaning, and other recommended maintenance.

Failure to properly maintain a system may affect performance and may void applicable warranties.

11. Website Use

You may use the Pure Water Co website for lawful purposes only.

You agree not to:
